A Full Transformation
This large garden needed a large amount care and attention, with an awkward wrap around U-shape garden, the spaces needed to be defined whilst still relating to the the building itself. Large 4m evergreen yew obelisks were used to punctuate boundaries, which inspired the use of buxus balls to perform similar functions at the front and rear of the property. A paddock field was turned into a wildflower meadow, which was contained within geometric beds, creating pleasant vistas in a nod to the architecture and heritage of the property. A copse was turned into a woodland walk, with a living willow hut and willow animal sculptures.
